Jon was a very helpful and responsive lender. He explained things we didn't understand and his staff were on top of all emails and calls.
Getting a mortgage loan can be a headache. Jon and his team made the experience less stressful. They communicated with me through the whole process and left no questions unanswered. They even calmed me down when I was ready to give up.
Easy to work with and not pushy like some of the other lenders I talked with.
