The communication was a bit off. My lack of knowledge thru the home buying process was not that good especially with me being in California. But i feel Alison did not have the patience to explain to me some things i was having difficulty understanding....

Willie did go above and beyond to help us close on our house. However, the only issue we had was with communication. Being a first time home-buyer, we were left confused and overwhelmed with no consistent updates. That was the only issue.
