Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

I was always kept up to date.

Maura made everything very easy for my wife and I. She was able to answer all our questions and guide us through the process

Prompt responses, Punctuality, pleasant staff

Great service and knowable Professional and straight to the point

Matt McEvoy answered my questions in a timely manner, was extremely patient and kept me apprised of any changes. He made it a good experience before the loan went to the processor.

Maura and her team was amazing! So informative, friendly and fast. Will definitely recommend her!

Matts concern for detail and responsivess. I've alread sent a friiend Matts contact info.

If someone explained the process in the beginning, I wouldn't of had to ask so many questions. Maybe a check list explaining would have been helpful. There were so many people involved so it would have been helpful to know who they were in...

Matthew achieved almost the impossible by even getting me a mortgage given my financial circumstances and the challenges thereof. He was amazing to work with and I would not hesitate to do more business with him!!!
