I would say " Good ". Its better than ok as was offered. Eric and his team worked their tails off to get this done it's apparant that analysts at major institutions are not geared to handle complicated accounting processeese such as mine ....

Matt went beyond just handling the financing. He went outside the box in helping secure house insurance and locking in best rate at the time. It was a pleasure working with him
