Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

She did an amazing job.

This was our first time taking out a mortgage. Mark and his team were patient and very responsive, including when things got complicated because of issues on our end. They were also kind and kept a sense of humor all along the way. Thank you!!!...

Freedom mortgage made me feel special and understood my situation. They worked with me from beginning to the end of my mortgage process. Very professional, pleasant to deal with. Understood the estimated closing time was a little slow, I can...

Incredibly helpful and responsive!!!!

I didn't know there would be so much paper. I didn't know about the mortgage tax.It was known from the beginning that I was signing for my husband, but this caused a big problem at the end.

When only the best will do! Eric & his team have made investment & residential purchasing a pleasure. I would highly recommend Eric & his team for all your real estate finanacing needs. Patricia & Joseph Forgione.

Courteous and attentive staff

We had a wonderful experience working with Eric! He was very courteous, informative and very professional every step of the way. He was readily available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. He is very detailed and very personable....

My girlfriend and I cannot say greater things about Matt and his team. Would definitely recommend Freedom Mortgage to friends and family and would use them if we needed another mortgage as well. They made things very smooth and easy going.

The personal connections, prompt responses, Heidi Stone and Cathleen Andrle were amazing to work with...professional, available, well-informed, friendly and invested in our success and satisfaction.
