Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

Heidi was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything to us clearly and patiently. I highly recommend your team!!

Mark and his team were wonderful. He got us the mortgage and worked with us throughout the process.

Maura and her team did a great job and was always on top of what had to be done and kept me informed each step of the process. They also showed a lot of patience and understanding with me and was always on hand to answer any and all questions....

Eric followed up with me every step of the way and did what he said he would do. He came to the closing and helped just as he did when taking the application. Thank you.

THE BEST PERSON I EVER MET AND DONE BUSINESS AND AFTER THE FACT I STILL CALL HER

Eric worked with my wife and I to figure out a complex situation related to a VA Home Loan and a unique employment situation that made it very difficult. He kept us informed, got all the answers we needed, did a ton of research, gave us solid...

It is the best experience and customer service i ever had.

Matt and his team are great. Extremely knowledgeable and get the job done.

The whole team was genuinely happy to help us at every step and was just as excited as we were when our approval went through! They are very knowledgeable and treat you like "family" right through to the very end!

Brian was very supportive and answered all my questions thoroughly. He returned phone calls promtly and always encouraged me to express any concerns I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend anyone to him.
