Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

Fast and relatively inexpensive.

I did a purchase transaction and the individuals I worked with kept me informed on the status and helped guide me in the right direction. I have successfully closed and now a first time homeowner!

Eric helped to make the signing process as quick as possible, and easy as possible and painless

He was great! Awesome experience

It started off well and went south from there I am familiar with the loan process but this was made more painful by miscommunication and inexperienced employees we felt that as current Freedom mortgage customers the process would be smoother...

everything from start to finish it was a great experience

Mark and Anne Marie were always quick to respond and very transparent and honest based on current market conditions!

Not exactly your fault, but the overall banking/lending situation just seemed to scare everyone. Maybe they thought my business would fail, I don’t know. Just seemed to slow down toward the end.

Brian was very helpful, and tried his best to satisfy all my concerns.i would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family members in the future.
