Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

Communication made it great!

Marks overall knowledge of the lending market and the appropriate loan product to meet our Personal needs was excellent.

Fantastic team!

A very professional service that was aces from start to finish.

This is the second time our family has used Brian Bates and Freedom Mortgage for our mortgage needs and this is the second time Brian has come through for us to make the process smooth and efficient. Will recommend in the future.

Matt was great. He was very informative and helped me throughout my process. He answered questions, as I had them, immediately. The process was long but everyone involved was courteous and friendly. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you....

The process started a little slow which was expected because of the COVID-19 situation but once the process got going everything started to gain traction

Maura is a consummate professional. Courteous and friendly and a dream to deal with!

There was some confusion in regards to the closing date but that may not be Erik's area other than that, all our questions were answered and the process was fairly smooth.

Good experience.
