Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

As a first time home buyer, Eric was an invaluable partner throughout the home buying process. He was responsive, thoughtful and worked very hard to help us find the right loan package for our family.

Eric always went above and beyond to get my answer. He was able to lock us in with a great rate and he stay on top of each rewording the UW. Pleasure to deal with Eric and his team.

Mark was great, as he has always been. His team, like the last time, was slow to respond and we needed to get in touch with Mark multiple times to move the process along. If we were dealing with Mark only, great review, his team, not so much...

Thanks to the entire team, my experience with Freedom was excellent.

Brian is the best! Very helpful at all times!

Brian is honest, responsive and best to work with. Takes care of you from start to finish

Eric and is team are well informed, responsive, professional, and advocate for you as a borrower. Can't say enough about them. They are great!

Great on a customer service level

Mark made it easy. He is friendly, patient, and thorough.

This was the third time since Mark helped my wife and I for our mortgage related needs. Mark was a direct contact with us and he was through and courteous. We love working with Mark.
