Ken was so attentive and accessible! He made what could be a very stressful experience seem easy. He took the time to explain the process with details so there we no questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Pleasant, professional and always available to answer any questions. Thank you

Our second time using Kenneth for a mortgage and then a refinance. If the scenario ever happened again, he's the first one I'd call.

Drew takes the time to explain the refinance process and sets upfront expectations on the timing. We cannot thank Drew enough for his excellent service. We already referred our son to Drew.

Very responsive, all details clearly explained, easy online application, great follow up and communication...you know you were in good, capable hands thru the whole process!
