Luminate Bank - Little Falls Township Falls N...

Keith is very professional and was available for questions/advice at every step of the turn.

It was a very smooth easy process

Took too long and communication was terrible.

Rate was great. No one else came close to matching the rate. Communication was limited. Took a bit longer than expected. Final CD was last minute (on my way to closing) and then had to be revised. Online application process was very good.

Professional team that care about customers and helping to achieve goal of providing mortgage services

Lee was great to work with. He was very transparent from the first day to the day of closing. The rate he offered was the best in the market. Also, he went out of his way and took my calls during late hours and provided me with pre-approval...

Communication was quick and efficient.

Mark was super attentive, communicative, patient and reassuring through a stressful and difficult transaction. Really appreciated it!

The rate we received was best rate anywhere. Great communication. smooth.

Everything about my experience working with NJ Lenders and Mark was top notch high quality service. Mark and his team were extremely knowledgeable, and personable. I would never use anyone else.
