Luminate Bank - Edison, NJ

Excellent experience working with Caitlyn and her team.

Jennifer was patient and efficient throughout the whole experience she spent a great deal of time walking me through each step

Caitlyn is the best and so helpful/ responsive!

Joe made the process seem less overwhelming and when I didn't understand something he took the time to explain the details of the transaction.i w highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage

we needed a quick turnaround and Caitlin guided us through everything and hit the date !! Could not have done it without her. We have done multiple transactions with Caitlin and will certainly use her in the future . She is a true professional...

Chris was always very responsive and communicated well I just didnt like the way the bank asked last minute for 45 items and raised my rate without telling me but that wasnt Nj lenders fault they got me to the finish line and thats all that...

Joe made this a very smooth process, and his entire staff

Jennifer and her team are top notch. they made the experience painless and easy

Caitlyn is very responsive and able to explain in detail aby questions that came up

Caitl is very prompt is responding. She supported us right from the stage of pre approval all the way till closure. She also worked to offer good rates and terms. Promptness is her super power
