I've been working with Dan and his team for over 8 years. Every transaction with them is easy-peasy because they know exactly how to get it done. We had a fast deal, even escalated our closing date and they still made it happen without a bump....

I had to forward docs multiple times to multiple people. This happened at least 3-4 maybe even 5 times. Which can be told from your assistant that I had many communications with. Deadlines were pushed because I was not contacted about issues...

Jim and team make the mortgage process easy and painless. Jim ensures that I am aware of my options, key dates and updates me every step of the way. Jim goes out of his way to make sure I am happy. Thanks Jim!

Renu worked very hard and that is why the deal closed. The term sheet was constantly changing as I had to read everything more than once as things kept dragging out. In the end Renu came through for me. It was not cheap but it was necessary....
