Rob told me that he would do things and didn't do them. He lied.Rob told me that my loan was in conditional approval status. Then I received a decline letter from underwriting. He lied.I asked to work with another person at Mutual of Omaha....

My husband had to do a fair amount of proactive outreach throughout the process with questions. As first time home buyers, having more comms would have been helpful.

Jaime has helped me s total of three different times. He's always answered every question that I had. He answered every text, email and phone call. I would NEVER go to anyone else.

Tricia did an outstanding job! The transaction had a few difficult bumps and she kept all of us informed. Kept the first time buyer clients updated and calm, no matter what"bump" arose. It closed on time and it was a very smooth closing.
