Worst customer service, Renu at first was very good at explaining things and gave me the hopes I was looking for and then all of a sudden she was lacking of communication as well as her team. I even had to call her manager and never heard from...

I did most of the leg work on this loan. I do not think I was charged fairly. I did read that on a refinance I will not have to pay , when the interest rates go down a point and I refinance and I don’t get charged then I will improve my rating...

Timing and information also Renu is available to explain and very helpful to make process very easy
