Robert took a good time explaining everything to me and worked hard to help get me a refinance. It wasn't certain I would be approved for refinance but Robert kept at it.
He figured out a way to save us money. We've refinanced in the past, but this time we lock in at our lowest rate. He kept us up to date often and really pushed to get us this rate.
