Very communicative and closed in record time!!!!
We had a last minute change to our application when our buyer fell through at the last minut. Even with that last minute hiccup, we still were able to close on time and at the terms originally quoted.
Matthew was amazing, we had to quickly switch lenders with only 2 weeks to close or we would of been homeless. We were moving from Kenosha Wisconsin to Elberta Alabama. Jobs lined up to start on May 11th. Him and his team were able to get it...
