    Everything was explained and his communication was superb from start to finish. I could ramble on and on. In summary, I'd never entertain using any other lender. I've already referred Brian to a personal friend. 5 stars across the board.

    I got the best 3.5% FHA rate that I could get at the time that I bought my house.I closed without any issues. I closed on time. I didn't have any paperwork issues.
