    Responds to every email in a timely fashion. Everything is straight forward. If I had a question or didn’t understand something he made sure understood it before we moved on in the process. Just overall good communication.

    It would have been nice to be notified when the interest rates went down. I was only ever give one rate and I know the market was moving alot during our wait period and rates were down by the time we closed.
