Everyone was very pleasant and patient with me. I was given status updates as the loan processing phase was progressing. The NFM Lending team are a great team who work hard to ensure their clients are taken care of.
Communication was wonderful, process was seamless, and loan closed quickly. Mary was very courteous, friendly, and her entire staff was very customer focused.
My experience was very calm, patient and reassuring, I am quite satisfied and appreciative.
