Everythin! Anna was spectacula!
Customer service in every form.
Anna is the best and so professional! She does everything on the back end that way her client has little to do and Anna is so transparent in relaying information regarding the loan or anything pertaining to it!
I felt that I was always kept very up to date on things and my loan officer was very quick to respond to questions even late in the evenings.
Excellent service considering it was an out of state transaction.
