Bill was very responsive, and we appreciate his communication throughout the process.
What should have been an enjoyable experience turned out to be a nightmare. We have applied and received several mortgages for various properties and this experience was the WORST.
Frustrating experience.
Contentious from the onset, starting off with rudeness. Process took 10 weeks. There appeared to be a lack of organization. Clients expressed great concern on numerous occasions. Condescending at times.
Mr. Moore is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He communicated with us every step of the way. He closes on time and ahead of schedule, always providing the best interest rates. He is a true professional.
