Luminate did an amazing job for our clients and always provide the best communication!

This transaction was very challenging...One of the borrowers passed away unexpectedly in the middle of the transaction...Lauren was able to restructure the loan and resubmit everything to underwriting, navigate thru a few challenging situations...

Very smooth! Great communication :)

Love you all!

Constant communication and updates. Once my client switched to your team for her loan I received updates even when I didn’t ask to ensure we were on track. Appreciate all the behind the scenes work to get her closed in less tan 30 days!

Quick support help and advice and even a little bit of ingenuity to make up for some.of my delayed responses

Lauren never dropped the ball... even on vacation! She was top notch in communication with me and the buyers!

You ladies know I love you!!!!

As a REALTOR you always want your client to have a great experience. We had not worked with Lauren or her team previous to the buyer selecting them & honestly all parties were hesitant since we had no history. All I can say - they knocked it...
