Lauren is always a breeze to work with and recommend all my clients who are needing pre-approval to go to her. She is great and updates you every step of the way!

Sometimes communication was a little difficult. I would get an email that said "if you have any questions, email me," but then when I emailed, I wouldn't get a response. Sometimes I would send multiple emails with no response, and would end...

Lauren is awesome to work with! She's prompt and great at what she does. Id recommend her to anyone.
