How fast and easy everything was also communication was amazing thank you!

My clients and I had a great experience with Luminate Home Loans with Lauren, Hannah & Rachel. Having a lender that is on the same page and responsive, makes all the difference in getting to the closing table.

Lauren and her team were helpful with the entire transaction. They step in when negotiating to assure the selling agent our sales price would be acceptable for appraisal purposes. Having a great team in the lender is always helpful.

Lauren and her team excelled in communication, consistently ensuring everyone was informed about ongoing matters. I appreciated how promptly every email was answered, and the professionalism everyone demonstrated!

Always responsive and on task. Thank you!
