The process was organized, thorough and well communicated. This was definitely a good professional experience.
Beth Langston was great.
Beth, our loan officer is knowledgeable about the business. The prcessors were responsive to get back to me, and work with us on documentation issue. I know the business is operating at peak load, but the process was slow.
