Great company. Thanks to Marge, Josh and many others for making this an easy purchase. I was told by our realtor that we were the first closing in the last 44 closings to be on time or early. Thans to all involved.

Overall we had a great experience with Team Aubrey. We got to Monday afternoon before planned closing and didn't have an appointment for closing...but I don't think that was a Flat Branch issue, it was more with Realtors and Title Co.
