Oue entire loan process was very simple with no issues at all. James was very responsive to our questions and often took calls from us after 6 pm. He even moved quick enough to close earlier than our close date.
James Lee was great to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. We were first time homebuyers and had aloooot of questions, but none of it seemed to bother him. Thanks James for the exceptional service
