Misleading quotes. Lying by omission. Lack of communication/transparency. Underwriting /IT issues. Monthly at closing was ~$300 more than verbally quoted.

Good communication and expectations. I would say the rest of the team communication and automated systems were not as user friendly as they could have been and I received a number of duplicate requests.
