Landmark Mortgage Planners - Ocala, FL

Great having a person you can call and discuss any question about the mortgage process. Best rate offer, beat the heavily advertised internet company rates. Great - returned my calls if I had to leave a message. Responded to my emails even...

Sue is amazing! She is quick to respond whenever I call or email her. Her professionalism makes for a delightful experience.

Great communication, prompt service, educational advice, professional and courteous. Online system also worked smoothly.

Great team to work with. They keep you informed and move the file to closing. Have had multiple refinancing closings with her and would highly recommend Sue and her team.

I would highly recommend FBC Mortgage and specifically Eric Remy our loan originator. He was always available to run questions by and is excellent at explaining mortgage information.

Sue is the only person we will deal with. Have always had a great experience and she comes through for us. In the past and now. She is a true and genuine person to deal with. No one stacks up to her. She is the one to go to !!!!! Love ya Sue....

Communication and Your Professional Experience made this as easy as it could be. Thanks for all your and your team's help!

Very accessible and super responsive 24/7!

Sue and her Team made the home finance process effortless. Plus her team through email, text, and phone calls took care of all our needs promptly and stopped and took the time to answer our questions.

Great customer service, lots of help with refinancing, and a great interest rate!
