There were a couple of changes made compared to what was discussed initially and the client was getting upset to the point of crying. Seller credit and how many signatures would be required.

I walked into the office and the most wonderful loan officer assistant named Kaitlyn greeted me. She was the kindest most helpful young woman and her personality was absolutely welcoming. I highly recommend this business!
