eric was amazing! as a 1099 there is a lot of work to do re loans. eric took care of everything. it was very easy! eric knows the industry and a ton about construction loans. I would def use eric again!

Fantastic experience. Eric helped me all the way thru the lian process and by keeping me informed all the time. He tried to do some orher programs that were out there too even though that didnt work. I was extremely satisfied!!!
