As a first time home buyer I didn't know much about the process of buying a home. Kerri made it very easy and walked me through all the steps. Communication was great anytime I emailed or called to ask a question Kerri responded quickly.
Kerri explained the loan process and requirements very well. She made ever step easy and was always there to answer my questions. It was obvious that client service was a main priority.
