Dan’s team acted quickly to adjust to unanticipated changes. They are experienced and efficient. They got my loan within a time frame much shorter than the usual.

Dan’s team quickly started working on the loan when my first lender pulled out because of a policy the loan officer was not aware of. Then they had to make another adjustment to a change in an insurance, hence the delay of closing. In comparison,...

Dan was great to work with on getting our land loan. Our first lender fell through and he was able to save our deal! He and his team were very efficient and we ended up saving thousands in closing costs. I would definitely recommend him!
