We only talked to David on the phone but never met him in person. Jeff was put on our loan and really enjoyed working with him. I heard a lot about David but didn’t personally meet him. All good.

My whole process was a mess and communication was not what I thought it should. And the the steps of the process were not explained thoroughly. And between deal with multiple people not everyone seemed to be on the same page.
