I’m not sure who William commons is, but Micheal Landers and his team in Austin are great. I’ve had a couple seamless transactions, their guidance and efforts are appreciated.

Great communication through the process. Worked with us on issues that arose.
The only problem seemed to be that Wiiliam apparently could not see documents signed by us and sent to another department. This made for duplicate requests to sign the same documents. Other than that service was fine.
