We've refinanced our home several times using the VA ReFi option. By far, this was the easiest, most convenient experience we've ever had. Zaid and April (and others whose names I do not know) did an OUTSTANDING job!
There was little communication after they got the information they were wanting. We had to contact them to get updates. Zaid and Christina were very nice, however.
