To many errors. Dates missed which cost me being late on my old mortgage. Your company made a mistake on Escrow account and had to refigure the account causing more delays. Your e-mail signing procedure is terrible. Needs to be improved.
It was great dealing with Sam for the 2nd time. As always he was very helpful, patient, and very professional. He took care of all my questions and concerns and made this process as easy as possible for me. Thank you so much for your help.
