Brandon was on top of everything. He made sure he made my life easy during the whole process. He was easy to talk to and down to earth. I’ll make sure to tell anyone and everyone how awesome Brandon and his team was.

The only type I received communication was when I instigated it. Updates given without having to prompt a lender are very important in our industry.
The staff was efficient, kind, responded to all questions very quickly and were very knowledgable!!! We had an incredible experience - the best we've ever had closing on a loan.

Great overall expeience. The entire team at First Option did a great job pushing our VA mortgage through in a very short time-span.
They communicated constantly throughout the process.
