Because I hardly had to think about a thing! So organized and professional and two steps ahead on everything! Such a smooth closing and we even had a USDA loan which takes more legwork from my understanding. No issues whatsoever.

Brandon and his Team were amazing! They were always attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am so glad that they were able to get the refi done in a timely manner.

Brandon was so pleasant to work with he promptly answered every call and helped me get the loan to the payment I wanted I enjoyed working with him and will refer him to friends and family

Brandon was extremely helpful and responsive. He went over options and worked out what I felt was a good deal. I would definitely work with Brandon again if I have any borrowing needs.
