When changing loan product, sellers agent should be notified. An amendment to the contract is required. It also lets the seller know about any expected delays ahead of time
Malcolm's level of communication was superior throughout the entire loan process. He was transparent about numbers, documents needed, and what to expect. I 10/10 recommend!
