    A bit better at document gathering. A lot of stress happened due to documents not being requested in time and us not knowing every document we had to have at the beginning.

    Ben was friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure that us being first time home buyers, understood all of our options. Ben stayed on top of all aspects of receiving our loan and and was very quick with communication.
