    The application process was simple and Ben was in constant contact with us. He was available by email, phone, and text for any questions we had along the way. He made getting a loan to buy our first home much less intimidating.

    The entire process was very painless overall. The edocuments make things very convenient to review and sign all of the applicable documents once you gather a few necessary documents upfront to get the process started.
