Quicker response times on emails would go a long way (within 24 hours of receipt, for example). Plus, it would be helpful if staff returned phone calls when voice messages are left. Those elements made the experience unsatisfactory.

Everyone we worked with was great through out the process. All questions were answered very quickly. I do wish we would have had a better understanding of the timeline of the process, but overall no complaints.
