Mortgage/lender companies and title companies never seem to have a smooth process of what is needed when. So many documents can be submitted up front however the there are some that are required at the end of the process. Education to the customer...

The quick responses to questions. They didn't make you feel inadequate for asking questions on the simplest things when you have never been through the process before. I liked having the checklist on the website to submit the requested items....
