Very good at communicating from the very start. On top of letting me know what was needed from me. Took care of the little things that were not necessary for me to know about. Great at figuring out the little curve balls that kept popping.

Everything went very smoothly. Great communication with Justus. He was also very helpful just talking to me about the rental process in general.
