Billy reached out to me when home lending rates dropped. He made the refinancing process simple and easy for me.
Working with Justus and team was very easy. Most of my communication with them were through texts, some through email and phone call. In any method, everyone that I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Pretty good experience first home that will eventually be a rental
The only complaint would be the individual that was sent for paperwork to be signed. He wasn’t very friendly and left too quickly before we had a chance to wire our payment. Did not really respond to questions asked and rushed through the process....
