We were not kept informed on the status of our loan request and had to follow up multiple times to get updates. At the end of the day we didn’t even taking out the loan we had intended to because the process was taking too long.
Our refinance went quickly and smoothly, open contact and updated information (how things were going, what process we were at) almost daily. Details were explained as far cost, benefits of refinancing and future savings.
Great team. Available late evening for us that work late jobs. Easy process to follow.
