There was never a time when I did not know what the status was or where we were in the process. Julie was compassionate, sympathetic, proactive, so knowledgeable, etc.

We feel everything went smoothly with the loan process. Our closing was delayed due to the other party, and Julie was very accommodating and made extension less stressful for us.
