I would prefer an in person service. I was unable to go back and make changes to terms and amounts once I got past that step. There was no opportunity to reconcider.

Brian Fincanon is very patient and honest in his dealings with this contract. I had no problem that he did not answer to the best of his knowledge and searching for the right answer.
